Our systems are clean, with no cast iron. The boiler, pumps, and everything else is stainless steel.

EFFICIENT
The Munchkin boiler is between 94-96% efficient, with a closed-combustion chamber. It is non-atmospheric and vents outdoors, horizontally or vertically, through 3-inch PVC plastic pipe. The boiler also brings in outside air for its sealed combustion chamber. Although codes differ, many of them permit the boiler to be installed in basements or bedrooms.

The kit includes installation instructions that can be easily followed by the average handy person. Do-it-yourself installation consists of placing the PEX tubing in 250-foot lengths, attaching the pre-built manifold and pumps on the wall, then connecting the floor loops to the manifold and the manifold to the boiler.

You can add domestic hot water to the system using an indirect water tank.

Nearly all fittings are assembled and supplied. Technical support is available during normal business hours to ensure a perfect system. Because of the design of this super-efficient radiant floor heating system, it is also suitable for homes not connected to the utility grid and can be powered by direct DC.
