Job Description - Corporate Marketing Coordinator
The Corporate Marketing Coordinator’s overall responsibility is to properly and effectively market company products and training through all sales channels available and to liaison key companies and contracting agents in implementing corporate sales and marketing strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES include working with Operations and Research & Development to:
- Define and implement a customer communications strategy.
- Determine ROI on advertising expenditures.
- Define market research studies to gain knowledge about user attitudes and behavior.
- Develop collateral that optimally positions the strengths of our products.
- Keep professional and productive contact with all associations key for effective market penetration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree, MBA a plus.
- Ideal candidate will have four plus years experience in product marketing, direct marketing, marketing program management, or consulting.
- Passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
- Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market.
- Understanding of the search and online advertising market.
- Passion for working on a variety of product and search related challenges.
- Define and implement new processes and procedures to increase overall project execution efficiency
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to establish goals and set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and follow through with timely execution in a fluid, cross-departmental team environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
- Demonstrated strong decision-making skills, with the ability to consider a broad range of internal/external factors when problem solving and rendering decisions
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external organizations
Success in this position will require excellent project management skills as well as general human resource management expertise. Product Marketing is at the heart of most significant corporate ventures of which this position plays a key role. |
